Abstract
Product recommendations on the dropship platform need to provide accurate information to sellers. Currently, although the platform already provides product recommendations, the information provided is still not optimal because it is only based on the highest sales. This causes dissatisfaction among sellers. Because of this, to overcome this problem, a decision support system is needed that applies the Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method. The criteria considered in using the TOPSIS method include costs, stock, quantity sold, warehouse location, and product assessments from the dropship platform. These criteria are used in calculations to produce more accurate product recommendations. The calculation results recommend a product that is easier to market, namely Sambal Cumi Asin Jawara Selera which has a value of 0.731. And the evaluation in terms of accuracy gives a value of 60%.
