Evaluasi User Experience pada Aplikasi Discord Mobile sebagai Media Komunikasi menggunakan UEQ dan Usability Testing

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the user experience and usability of Discord mobile application through User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) and Usability Testing. The research method used a mixed method approach with quantitative and qualitative analysis. Data was collected from 50 respondents aged 15-27 who have used Discord Mobile for more than six months. The evaluation results show UX quality dimensions such as attractiveness, efficiency, perspicuity, dependability, stimulation, and novelty from the user's point of view. Data analysis was conducted using UEQ Data Analysis Tools and feedback from usability testing. The findings from this study can be used as a reference to improve the user experience and usability of the Discord Mobile app in the future.
