Aplikasi Pengambilan Keputusan Pemilihan Hotel Untuk Travel Umroh Menggunakan Metode Topsis Berbasis Web

Choosing the right hotel for Umrah pilgrims is one of the important factors in ensuring the comfort and smoothness of worship. However, the selection process is often still done manually and subjectively, thus risking inefficiency in decision making. To overcome this, this research aims to design and build a web-based decision-making application that can help Umrah travel agents in choosing the best hotel with an objective and systematic approach using the TOPSIS (Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution) method. The TOPSIS method was chosen because it is able to perform calculations based on the closeness of an alternative to positive and negative ideal solutions. In this application, each hotel will be evaluated based on several predetermined criteria such as distance to the Grand Mosque, price, facilities, user rating, and room capacity. This system is built using PHP programming language and MySQL as a database.The results of this application are expected to provide more accurate and objective hotel recommendations and help decision makers in determining the best hotel for Umrah pilgrims.
