Abstract

Sistem Informasi Manajemen Rumah Sakit (SIMRS) merupakan instrumen penting dalam mendukung pelayanan kesehatan yang efektif dan efisien. Namun, penggunaan SIMRS di RSUD Pasirian Lumajang masih menghadapi tantangan dalam hal kualitas informasi, kepuasan pengguna, serta pemanfaatan sistem secara menyeluruh. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kelayakan model pengukuran SIMRS menggunakan Model for Mandatory Use of Software Technologies (MMUST). Desain penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). Uji validitas dilakukan melalui loading factor dan Average Variance Extracted (AVE), sedangkan reliabilitas dianalisis menggunakan Composite Reliability dan Cronbach’s Alpha. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar indikator memiliki nilai loading factor >0,7 serta AVE >0,5, yang berarti instrumen memenuhi syarat validitas konvergen. Selain itu, nilai Composite Reliability dan Cronbach’s Alpha >0,7 menegaskan bahwa konstruk SIMRS reliabel dalam mengukur dimensi kualitas informasi, kepuasan informasi, pengaruh sosial, harapan kinerja, sikap, penggunaan, kepuasan keseluruhan, dan manfaat bersih. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa MMUST dapat digunakan secara tepat untuk menilai keberhasilan implementasi SIMRS dalam konteks penggunaan wajib.
