Abstract

The purpose of this research is to create a decision support system (SPK) that can help Student Organizations or Organisasi Mahasiswa (Ormawa) in determining work programs in a structured and objective manner. The problem faced is the dominant subjective approach in selecting activities, without a measurable weighting and evaluation basis. This research combines the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method to determine the weight of criteria, Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) for ranking alternatives, and splitting techniques to group the final results into priority categories. The analysis technique is carried out through normalization of the decision matrix and calculation of the final value based on the weights from AHP. This combined method can produce more structured work program recommendations, with the division of categories such as academic, tournament, and entertainment with the acquisition showing the academic category in the form of workshops obtaining the highest score with a total score of 78 from the sum of all criteria
