Abstract

Tuntutan masyarakat terhadap layanan publik yang cepat, transparan, dan responsif semakin meningkat seiring dengan perkembangan era digital. Namun, berbagai permasalahan seperti proses layanan yang belum efisien, keterbatasan sistem digital, serta kompetensi sumber daya manusia masih menjadi tantangan dalam penyelenggaraan layanan publik di tingkat pemerintahan daerah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh integrasi Lean Six Sigma dan digitalisasi sistem informasi terhadap peningkatan kualitas layanan publik di Kecamatan Bekasi Barat, Kota Bekasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui survei kepuasan layanan publik menggunakan skala Likert 1–5 terhadap 26 Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN). Analisis dilakukan secara deskriptif untuk mengukur tingkat kepuasan pada lima indikator layanan publik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh indikator memperoleh nilai rata-rata di atas 4,30 dengan tingkat kepuasan lebih dari 86%. Transparansi prosedur dan biaya (89,23%) serta kecepatan pelayanan (88,46%) menjadi indikator dengan capaian tertinggi. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa integrasi Lean Six Sigma dan digitalisasi layanan publik mampu meningkatkan efisiensi proses, transparansi, serta kepuasan pengguna layanan. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi praktis sebagai model inovasi layanan publik berbasis data dan teknologi dalam mendukung implementasi Smart City di tingkat pemerintahan daerah.
