Implementasi ERP Berbasis Odoo Modul Sales pada Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) Chruncy Retro

In an effort to digitize business processes, this study aims to analyze and implement an Enterprise Resource Planning system based on the Odoo sales module at Crunchy Retro UMKM. It is expected that this system can address business management issues that are still conducted manually and are not yet integrated. The method used in this research involves a literature review study with a quantitative method through descriptive and verificative approaches supported by observational data from the Odoo system implementation. The implementation process is carried out in several stages, including product catalog creation, order creation, customer invoice creation, and digital invoice delivery. The results of the study indicate that sales management is more efficient using the Odoo-based ERP system and can also accelerate transactions and integrate business systems in real-time.
