Abstract
This research aims to build a Decision Support System (DSS) in determining the eligibility of recipients of the Smart Indonesia Program (PIP) scholarship assistance at SMKN 1 Kefamenanu. The method used in this research is Multi Attribute Utility Theory (MAUT). The approach used is quantitative with data collection techniques through interviews, document studies and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques include qualitative descriptive data processing and quantitative data processing using the MAUT method. The research results show that the system that was built succeeded in simplifying the process of determining the eligibility of PIP scholarship recipients at SMKN 1 Kefamenanu. This system is able to process data on prospective scholarship recipients using the MAUT method and produce recommendations for scholarship recipients based on the preference values obtained.
